| May pics are missing. We decided to upload only the picture of the best seller items as to give a first indication to the best items for customers who have never visited us and looked at the entire products range. |

| Place an order |
Only registered users can place orders directly through the website.
The only ways to create an order is registering and then creating the order by adding the items into the shopping cart.
Phone confirmation of the order is required for everyone. |

| Minimum quantities |
Every item require a minimum quantity to ordered; no reduction for those quantities are possible.
Vianello mostly works with wholesale for big quantities but we can also handle small order from stand alone businesses.
In general the minimum we require from internet is

| Delivery times |
All our products are handmade one by one and this is the reason for which is not possible declaire a precise date for the production.
Of course many items are on stock, in this case the terms will be much faster. |

| Shipping |
Normally we ship the parcell with UPS for the internazional ones.
Our commercial agreed with these 2 agents let us good prices, fast and issured shipment. Shipment costs are charged into invoice.
We can provide :
- EXPRESS service (1 working day)
- EXPEDITED (3 working days)
- STANDARD (7 working days)
Of course if you have an account with a different agent we can use it. |

We accept the following payment methods : bank transfer and credit card.
The total of the invoice will be confirmed when the order is ready by email/fax with a proforma invoice. Payment must be done before we shipping. |
